Whether you suffer from insomnia, frequently wake up during the night, or you are a night owl wanting to retrain yourself for an earlier bedtime, the Sound Slumber program could be a great option for you. This program contains a non-habit forming natural sleep aid containing an herbal blend to support a more restful sleep and melatonin to help synchronize your natural circadian rhythms.

If you work a non-standard schedule, you can still benefit from the sleep program. Although your packs may say Morning, Evening and Bedtime, you can adjust them to fit your schedule. Take Morning with your first meal of the day or breakfast. Take Evening with your dinner. And take Bedtime, which contains your sleep support, within an hour of your bedtime. For example, if your bedtime is 5AM, take the Bedtime pack at 4AM. Make sure you are giving yourself at least 8 hours between your dose and your intended wake-up time to avoid grogginess in the morning. If you are more sensitive, you may have to adjust the time you take the supplements accordingly.

Melatonin works best if you do not take it continuously. For this reason, we have a multi-phase program to cycle your doses of melatonin. This means you will have one month with and one month without melatonin to ensure it is working optimally for you.

You will receive your sleep supplements in a pack marked Bedtime. We recommend you take the Bedtime pack containing your Sound Slumber supplements an hour before your bedtime.
